We will provide an initial quote for your job using the plans/info you provide.
Once you approve the initial quote (via email), if a site visit is required this will be scheduled. Your cabinet designer will then provide you with drawings. Your designer will need appliance and sink specs before they can draw the job. Please allow a minimum of one week to complete drawings. Larger jobs could take longer.
Once you have received drawings, please make comments on the drawings and send all remarks/revisions to your designer in email. We include up to three revisions in the initial price, revisions over three can result in extra charges. Price per revision above three revisions could range from $100-$500 depending on the amount of changes.
When we have your cabinet drawings 100% correct you will give us a written final approval via email. We do not typically give a revised price with every revision.
Once you have given final approval to the cabinet drawings and the quote via email, your job is considered "in production". Once your job is started in the shop, our multi step process takes 4 weeks until the job is complete in the shop and ready for install. Total time from final approval of drawings and quote to completion is typically 4-6 weeks.
After your job is placed into production in the shop, we can give you a production completion date. Installation will be scheduled no earlier than this production completion date. Our scheduler will contact you approximately 1 week before the scheduled production completion date to schedule an installation date. Installation typically takes one day but can sometimes take two days depending on the complexity of the job.
The day after installation is compete, we will email you an invoice. This invoice is due in full upon receipt. If you have any questions after installation is complete, please promptly contact your cabinet designer. You can mail payment to the PO Box address on the invoice.
If your job is installed raw by us, we will need to come back and do a final adjustment on the doors and drawers after paint/stain in complete. You will need to schedule this a minimum of 1 week in advance. It is your responsibility to schedule this with Justus Cabinets. Email scheduling@justuscabinets.com to schedule the final adjustments.
If your job is installed pained or stained by us, we do touch ups and final adjustments at the time of installation. Any adjustments or touch ups after this could result in extra charges for damage caused by others after installation. Please protect your cabinets during the final phases of construction to prevent unneeded damage.
Touch up stain pens and/or touch up lacquer spray cans can be requested by the customer at an additional charge.
